TENNIS BALL THERAPY - SeaHeart, an incredible Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Permaculture Angel, has posted a self-care therapy on her website that you can do at home using 2 tennis balls and a sock.  I find very helpful for loosening up my shoulders when they get tight and for encouraging my spine to be more flexible - just click on:
